Michele Van Quathem
Experience
With more than 26 years of experience working with businesses to achieve their goals, Michele Van Quathem understands the importance of focusing legal services to achieve client priorities. Michele's goal is to find the best business solution for each client, delivering services in a manner that is timely, valuable, and efficient.
Michele practices in the water, energy, mining, natural resources, real estate, and environmental law areas. Michele regularly assists businesses, property owners, and districts evaluate, buy, sell, permit, protect, treat, discharge, and store water and wastewater, and manage other natural resources.
She has worked on matters in the Arizona Department of Water Resources, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, the Water Quality Appeals Board, the Arizona Corporation Commission, the Arizona State Land Department, the Bureau of Land Management, the Bureau of Reclamation, Forest Service, the Arizona Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, and various other state and federal agencies.
